2. Check the tightness of the pre installed components of the equipment and apply lubricating oil to the parts that require lubrication.
3. When installing fine parts such as grading wheels, collisions should be prevented. The graded host and fan should be tested horizontally and found level with gaskets. If there are basic requirements, they should be fixed with the basics.
4. Pipeline interfaces that require sealing should be equipped with sealing gaskets.
After installing the air classifier, observe the direction of operation of the classifier motor.
When installing wiring in the electrical control cabinet, the relationship between the terminal numbers and the equipment should be carefully checked and not misplaced.
After installation, the vehicle can run empty for 1-2 hours, tighten loose bolts at any time, and carefully check the accuracy and coordination of equipment operation.
